Sur-Form Corporation was incorporated in April of 1997, and is located in Chesterfield, Michigan, 30 minutes northeast of Detroit. Sur-Form Corporation, now an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified company, was founded as a subsidiary of Sur-Flo Plastics & Engineering, Inc. to provide services focused on meeting the needs of the material handling industry. The Sur-Form Corporation team is comprised of a core group with extensive experience and a long-standing commitment in design, prototype, tooling, and manufacturing of quality plastic products. Our organization provides an opportunity to positively impact the plastic industry in cost, quality, and timing by utilizing extensive manufacturing experience and management abilities. Sur-FormÍs team draws on its combined experience, latest technology, and 250,000 square foot facility to serve as a full service custom thermoformed and injection molded plastics provider.
