Nvs Promo Designs, Inc.

NVS Promo Designs is a team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to promotional distributors looking to source premium grade products at an industry leading price. The promotional products industry is facing a tough challenge. What is that challenge? It's simple. It's getting harder and harder to make a buck!! End users are more and more savvy. Budgets are tighter in a challenged economy. Online direct sellers are targeting your hard earned clients and now there are even Chinese manufacturers that are finding direct channels to your clients. What is the solution? First of all, there is no solution other than hard work. Suppliers and distributors need to work harder, work smarter and really take the time to deliver personal service and value to their clients. At its core, this business is a relationship business and we can't ever forget that. Step number two is choosing suppliers who actively work to reduce their operational overhead. At NVS Promo Designs, we decided to take the first step in helping you do this. At NVS Promo we took a hard look at ways that we can reduce our costs and pass on those reductions to our distributors. We don't need to spend a lot of money to to provide you great service, great products and great pricing; instead we invested in technology that helps us do more for less. The bottom line is that the more cost effective we can be, the lower the price we can deliver to you. It makes sense doesn't it? We're constantly looking at ways to be more efficient. The best part, is that it doesn't cost us a dime to pick up the phone and deliver the absolute highest level of customer service possible. Building lasting relationships that you can bank on is what we're about and when you call NVS Promo Designs that is what you will get every time.
