Exciting things are happening here at Monson and we have never been happier with the path our our company. With the creation of American Gear Company our family of companies has been able to grow and diverse itself into a healthy business. We are a full service custom snowboard and wakeboard manufacturing facility that has been in business for over 17 years. We have vast experience in building action sports equipment as well as high and low volume promotional wakeboards, snowboards and many other unique products. We are proud to be diverse, capable and enthusiastic about making products in America with our machinery and talented work force. We do build OEM snowboards and wakeboards, however we are very selective in who we build for. If you are interested in our programs, please contact us to find out our criteria for production. We are always happy to build product for the promotional industry, it helps keep the staff working hard, trained and materials fresh.
