Paid $130 for a five min. convo where someone told me I was "an idiot". The person told me info about tech packs that I already knew... I have been doing manufacturing for a while. I went to one of the top design school's in the country. He acted like I knew nothing. I was spoken at not to. Do better Maker's Row. Will probably be canceling my account after this. What a waste of money.
Adam and his team have been instrumental in getting our brand prototyped, designed and manufactured. We finished a round of samples and proceeded to manufacture soon after. We were able to produce 20,000 garments with pristine craftsmanship and custom features. Amazing and thank you :)
At first we were excited to have connected with Elite Fashion Group. Adam & his team seemed enthused with our project and we were very hopeful that they would be a great partner for our dog sweatshirt project. We loved working with Pam on the development of our project. Things took a negative turn once development was complete. We were shocked with the quotes Adam provided for production. Extremely expensive for such tiny patterns & a VERY simple design. We've since sourced several other factories in LA that can do the same job for less than half of what we were quoted from Elite. We also had a very hard time getting our patterns from Elite once we decided to go with another factory. We had to contact them over and over again trying to track down our patterns that we paid A LOT for. This caused major delays in the productivity of our project. Unfortunately we found Elite to be overpriced and very unorganized.

Dear Frances; We never received a phone call from you. we would never insult anyone. We are not sure what phone number you contacted. We have Tried calling you several times. We have left multiple voice mails We gave you a Full Refund and also offered you consulting at NO CHARGE We have tried for over a month to contact you and resolve the matter. Pls feel free to contact us when you are free

As it was explained to you, your production quantities were too small for our main production line. Your development project was done and finished in the time framed that was discussed. We had explained to you that this was a development project. We are happy that you have found the production house that can produce your lower quantities.

We had scheduled a consultation with Adam for Thursday 4/6/17. The consultation was great and very informative. Adam answered all of our questions very thoroughly. We are a start-up company entering the children's apparel industry and we learned a ton from Adam. We we're so impressed with Adam and The Elite Fashion Group that we're 95% sure once we get our sketches done in a couple of weeks that we will be contacting them to go through the development and production phases to get our ideas made. Would highly recommend this company for consultations to anyone that asks. I hope to be writing another positive review after we get actual made products in our hands!!!!!
We had gone through a few other development partners before finally finding Elite Fashion. Adam and his team are phenomenal... honestly wish we found them earlier; would have saved ourselves both time and money. Their design execution was fantastic. The pattern was right on.... nailed it on the first turn. Fabric sourcing was quick and got us exactly what we needed. Samples are beautiful and test market has shown very positive feedback. We're moving into production and look forward to continuing this relationship over the long term.
I worked with the Elite Fashion group on a recent design and production of an order of long sleeve T-shirts for my brand Kit Culture and I had a great experience. As a small brand I was looking for a factory that was willing to do more than just take an order, but one that was willing to become invested in the success of the product and making sure that it came out perfectly and was exactly what I wanted. At the same time, I wanted feedback along the way on the quality of the fabric I was using, pattern tweaks, etc. Some factories are too reluctant to give you any input since they're worried you'll blame them if something goes wrong. Working with Adam and his team felt like a true partnership, and when the product turned out really well it was satisfying for all of us. Also, a lot of factories willing to work with smaller brands will tell you they are full service, but the reality is if you ask them to do anything other than cutting and sewing they will make it so expensive with add on costs that you ultimately are better off doing it yourself, which is a huge pain having to find different vendors for labels, trims etc. Elite Fashion Group is truly a one-stop shop. They even picked up my fabric from my supplier in Commerce for free and dropped of the product since I was pretty close to their office (only works if you're close to downtown!) I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future. Whether you are a small or large brand, they can easily accommodate your project. Costs are reasonable for the quality and service that you are getting. Plus, they gave me a quote up front which included everything, and then stuck to that quote without adding in expenses along the way. Delivered the product on time as well (about 4-6 weeks).
Working with Elite Fashion Group has been overwhelming satisfying. They treat you like the only customer even when very busy. They are Very easy to communicate with and easy to reach, as they respond to phone calls promptly if they miss your call and emails are replied almost as soon as you send it. Elite Fashion group treat you with the upmost respect from day 1 till the end and make you feel like more than just a client. We love how our product came out, their attention to detail and they brought our vision to life. They are simply amazing, and I can go on for days on how amazing this company is. Overall, you will not regret working with this company. We are overly enjoying working with them and will recommend them 10 time out of 10.
The team is on top of all production needs, from sourcing, pattern making and all the way to the inspection phase, they will ensure that your product gets to you on time and in perfect condition. They are also fun to work with! I would highly recommend them to make your life easier during the manufacturing phase of your designs!
