In 1962, American Uniform Company bought Dust-Tex Corporation. Dust-Tex not only grew with new franchises in the US but also expanded to Europe. In the 1980's, Dust-Tex was bought by Rubbermaid and on May 1st ,1989 thirteen franchisees, now called licensees, acquired Dust-Tex Corporation. In 2005 Dust-Tex Corporation became Dust-Tex Worlwide Corporation and was acquired by licensees that are part of the Dust-Tex family and have a deep knowledge of the business. Today Dust-Tex provides the market with the best mops and tools, manufactured under strict quality standards that make Dust- Tex a highly respected and well-known name in the Dust Control Industry. Currently Dust-Tex is going through a process of expansion in the US and Central and South America as well.
