The Darlinghurst Garment Factory was founded in 2017. We offer rapid turnaround services to other designers and apparel companies throughout the US and Canada. Our design services include the following: design consultation services for large and small companies alike, prototyping on muslin, providing production-ready sample garments, creating production-ready size grading and marking, production-ready patternmaking services in both computer and print format, and production-ready tech packs including CAD illustrations, sizing charts, and grading information. Whether you wish to produce abroad or domestically, our technically oriented, production-ready patterns are essential. Our production services include textile sourcing from US and imported wholesalers, efficient marking, electronic cutting, and line production. We offer no minimum apparel production to help emerging designers and also have the capacity to produce up to 10,000 pieces per style. All seamstresses are paid livable wages and are provided health benefits.
