Since 1992, we have provided quality cost effective tooling and exceptional service from small private metal stampers to a variety of Fortune 500 companies, including recreational, electronic, medical, lawncare, and defense. We are experienced designing and building high speed thin material dies to large heavy gauge dies up to 120" in length. For the last 15 years over one half the dies we build stamp and form HSLA material. We are also experienced in dies stamping and forming mylar, stainless steel, spring steel, aluminum, plastics, and draw quality CRS. Our design team uses the latest in Solidworks with the 3D QuickPress and QuickForm die design package. We use unattended and "lights out" machining where possible to lower tooling costs. Our toolmakers will set up and run all sample parts required. We also do a 100% inspection on the sample parts and provide data. We also provide wire EDM services and large capacity machining for all types of parts.
